Customer Experience Representative Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction. You'll be the reputed company line of our customer service team, solving customer issues, acting as a salesperson, product reputed company, billing expert, and more. Responsibilities:

• Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
