The M&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with deal negotiations. To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant degree; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) preferred. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or in a previous corporate development role, OR 2+ years in an investment banking/financial services firm position.
