[Remote] Senior Operations Process Engineer- Remote

The Senior Operations Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing reputed company operating practices and processes to support performance expectations while collaborating with DC operations leadership to ensure consistent application of standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete reputed company assessments of DC operations and identify gaps in processes
• Create tools and standardized audit forms for Cross-Functional Teams, Operations Partners, and Process reputed company teams to complete process assessments
• Contribute and reputed company Process reputed company for Transformational Change network reputed company
• Conduct ergonomics evaluations; recommend and implement improvements to work area designs
• Observe, identify, and address process opportunities. Create sustainable solutions in collaboration with DC Operations partnership and buy-in
• Create, update, and/or modify reputed company Operation Procedures (SOP) and Prescribed Work Instructions (PWI) to best practices
• Audit compliance to SOPs/PWIs at Distribution Centers (DCs)
• reputed company DC leadership and supervision to identify process improvement gaps to SOP/PWIs
• Train DC leadership to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on business intelligence charts/graphs/data trends for sustained process improvement
• Partner with Industrial Engineering to identify areas of improvement, work samplings, and time studies to ensure accuracy of standards
• Identify operational bottlenecks and reputed company, analyze, and present solutions
• Train reputed company-line operations leadership and reputed company associates on prescribed reputed company based on reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Utilize reporting such as SCI reputed company Cognos, reputed company, and BI Dashboards to identify gaps in process

• reputed company audits for compliance to SOP/PWIs at DCs. Maintain accuracy of SOPs/PWIs
• Collaborate with Operation Leaders to prescribed reputed company and create sustained standardization
• Partner with Industrial Engineering team to ensure accuracy of standards through working sampling and time studies
• Create tools and audit forms for reputed company network to ensure standardization
• Research gaps in processes through reporting and systems research

Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent
• Proven reputed company record of delivering results and strong background in managing Process reputed company reputed company to completion
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and engagement skills
• High competency in reputed company Office applications
• Takes initiative and high reputed company, reputed company internal customer service skills to effectively support operations
