Veterinary Technician - Sign-On Bonus
VCA Coast Animal Hospital is adding a full time, Dentistry reputed company Registered Veterinary Technician. RVT certification is required. Responsibilities require proficiency in Phlebotomy, IV Catheter Placement as reputed company as Surgical, Dental, and Anesthesia experience. - Venipuncture
- Catheter placement
- Radiology
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Physical examinations and patient assessment
- Surgical preparation and assisting
- Dentistry
- Laboratory work
- Pharmacy
- Patient recovery
- Compassionate care for hospitalized patients
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have documented previous Animal Hospital experience
- Hold a reputed company RVT license
- Must have surgery and dentistry experience including dental extractions
- Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays
- Customer service skills including Phone skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Excellent communications skills
- Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
