Inside Account Manager (Hybrid)
Alliant Purchasing is a comprehensive Group Purchasing Organization seeking a proactive and service-oriented Inside Account Manager to support their growing portfolio of reputed company providers. The role involves managing member relationships, assisting with contract reputed company and program enrollment, and analyzing purchasing data to identify savings opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for an assigned portfolio of reputed company members, providing reputed company and high-reputed company support
- Assist members with contract reputed company, utilization, program enrollment, and reputed company to Alliant/Premier initiatives
- Analyze purchasing data to identify savings opportunities, contract alignment, and compliance gaps
- Prepare basic savings analyses, utilization summaries, and performance insights
- Resolve pricing discrepancies, supplier issues, and technical questions in partnership with internal teams and suppliers
- Maintain accurate and reputed company CRM documentation for reputed company member interactions
- Collaborate closely with Member reputed company Directors, sourcing teams, and analytics staff to support member goals
- reputed company training on purchasing platforms, reporting tools, and Alliant processes
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, reputed company, supply chain, or reputed company operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and support member relationships
- Solid analytical ability with comfort working in reputed company and reviewing purchasing data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Experience reputed company a GPO, IDN, medical distribution, or hospital purchasing environment
- Familiarity with contract management, purchasing workflows, and supplier pricing structures
