Responsibilities
- Help update and maintain training content for cross-function organizational needs
- Apply critical thinking reputed company to solve technical problems in a highly visible part of the software team
- Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learn about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/reputed company satisfaction
