The Information Technology Specialist I role involves creating customer-reputed company solutions and supporting a modern infrastructure while performing a reputed company of tasks on reputed company statewide systems and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Creating customer-reputed company solutions that are reputed company and agile, supporting a modern infrastructure, tools, architecture, and standards to effectively reputed company efficient services following service-level agreements
• Performing a wide reputed company of tasks on reputed company statewide systems and reputed company including, on-reputed company and/or in-reputed company including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting of business and technical solution
• Serving as a subject matter expert in the maintenance and support of on-reputed company and/or in-reputed company systems; troubleshooting and fixing issues; providing production support and maintenance for mission critical systems, technical system configuration and upgrades; performance tuning; problem reputed company; and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors in support of system functionality and enhancements as reputed company as integrated testing of systems
• Working with diverse technical and non-technical personnel and management at local, state, and federal reputed company to reputed company support on system website, manage certificates and data-exchange protocols

Skills

• Experience in requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting business and technical solutions
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in the maintenance and support of on-reputed company and/or in-reputed company systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing issues
• Providing production support and maintenance for mission critical systems
• Technical system configuration and upgrades
• Performance tuning and problem reputed company
• Collaboration with stakeholders and vendors in support of system functionality and enhancements
