Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist

The Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in advancing clinical research by identifying, educating, and enrolling reputed company participants into reputed company clinical studies, ensuring a high-reputed company participant experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company-screening of potential study participants to assess eligibility based on protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion reputed company
- Serve as a primary contact for participants, educating them on study requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Manage and maintain an accurate recruitment database and participant records
- Coordinate and schedule participant screening appointments and telehealth reputed company
- Conduct telehealth reputed company including informed consent discussions, medical history collection, demographic intake, and eligibility assessments
- Distribute informed consent videos and materials prior to participant appointments
- Maintain detailed knowledge of reputed company study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Ensure strict compliance with study protocols, informed consent processes, and Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) standards
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations, research staff, and internal teams to support study timelines
- Participate in community reputed company initiatives and events to support participant education and recruitment efforts
- Support scientific documentation and additional research-reputed company tasks as assigned
Skills
- Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume, patient-facing, customer service, or recruitment environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company information reputed company and compassionately
- High attention to detail, organization, and comfort working across multiple protocols simultaneously
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Experience in reputed company, clinical research, call centers, patient intake, or medical coordination strongly preferred
