Responsibilities
- Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
- Collaborate with clinical consultants to identify reputed company workflows and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accurate scheduling
- Maintain scheduling templates and reputed company patient rescheduling needs
