They are seeking a proactive Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities
- Full Case Management: Manage and resolve a diverse caseload of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning, and Conservatorship reputed company from beginning to end. This includes litigated reputed company
- reputed company Advocacy: Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions throughout Southern California
- reputed company Engagement: reputed company reputed company sessions and maintain proactive, empathetic communication with clients
- Document Architecture: Draft estate plans, petitions, motions, objections, and settlement agreements with keen attention to detail

Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Estates (we will train a 'reputed company-minded' applicant with the right grit)

- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
- Must currently reputed company in Orange County or San Diego County
