[Remote] Collection Specialist

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and reputed company to reputed company collections
- Use negotiating and customer service skills to reputed company reputed company results

Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service with reputed company contact
- Ability to accurately reputed company and update data on company or reputed company systems
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as required
