Account Executive Hospice
reputed company is a national leader in home health and hospice care, seeking a Hospice Account Executive to reputed company in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role is critical in ensuring patients receive compassionate end-of-life care by connecting providers with families and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services
- Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads
- Coordinates patient admissions with reputed company, including obtaining reputed company required documentation to complete referral to admission process
- Conducts on-site reputed company to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
- Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals
- Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals
- Meets short and long-term reputed company account goals
- Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including reputed company and post call notes)
- Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM
- Attends community events to promote reputed company
- Responds to customer complaints in reputed company manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ year of reputed company sales experience (reputed company, medical devices, home health, hospice, long-term care, or reputed company reputed company/business development) required
- Proven reputed company in cold calling and reputed company reputed company
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Independent, self-motivated, reputed company-driven reputed company
- Reliable transportation, valid reputed company's license, and insurance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
