Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist II

Responsibilities
- Analyze FOH and capital expenditures, investigate variances, and deliver monthly financial reports to business partners to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company FOH and capital targets during planning cycles (Business Plan, Estimated Actuals, Trend, Forecast)
- reputed company quarterly provision analysis to determine reserves for discounts and concessions, ensuring accurate allocation reputed company with sales forecasts and financial objectives
- Manage dealer and customer rebate programs by validating eligibility, reviewing qualifying reputed company, and initiating payment requests in compliance with company policies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with reputed company in reputed company/finance or reputed company field and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to prepare and interpret variance reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews
- Experience in consolidation of FOH reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Present the financial story to senior executives
- Ability to organize and meet multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment with reputed company on attention to detail
