[Remote] HRIS Analyst (reputed company Configuration)

The role involves enhancing and maintaining HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while being responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and ongoing optimization of reputed company, with a reputed company on Payroll, Time Tracking and/or Absence integrations
- Administer multiple HR systems, including reputed company SuccessFactors (performance) and reputed company WFM Workbrain (time and attendance), ensuring seamless functionality and data reputed company
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize business processes and system integrations across reputed company and adjacent platforms
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure accurate insights for compensation, headcount, time entry, and payroll metrics
- reputed company tier-2/3 reputed company to HR users and business partners; reputed company and deliver training on new features and functionality
- Maintain thorough documentation for system configuration, workflows, and end-user procedures to ensure reputed company and compliance
- Manage system reputed company roles and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, internal controls, and data reputed company standards
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology, with reputed company hands-on reputed company configuration experience required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company modules including Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Familiarity with reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company WFM Workbrain is a plus
- Experience configuring business processes, reputed company roles, calculated fields, and reporting tools reputed company reputed company
- Ability to troubleshoot data or system issues independently and implement reputed company solutions
- Exposure to system upgrades, implementations, and cross-platform data integrations
