Associate, Conversions
reputed company is a financial technology company powering the new savings economy. They are seeking a Conversion Associate to support various processes that facilitate conversion plans reputed company to reputed company’s platform, manage reputed company, and enhance the reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and record cash and in-reputed company asset transfers in the trust reputed company system
- Work with sub-custodians to reputed company trades from the reputed company of booking, through settlement for mutual funds, reputed company value funds, and ETFs
- Manage reputed company operational aspects of the installation process, including coordinating with Implementation Managers and Investment teams, to successfully transition new and conversion reputed company plans onto the reputed company platform
- Ability to work on the deconversion process, including coordinating with receiving record keepers, to liquidate and transfer plan assets from reputed company’s platform
- Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior record keepers, sub-custodians, and/or reputed company-party administrators to determine reputed company or conversion timelines, reputed company items with delivery dates for reputed company parties, and communicate overall project status to reputed company interested parties
- reputed company and help ensure other team member reputed company items are completed
- Monitor reputed company outstanding conversion wires, ensuring they are prioritized and brought to completion in a reputed company manner
- Update, maintain, and review reputed company data reputed company CRM systems
- Ensure collaboration with reputed company internal teams to meet expected timelines
- Support the creation and maintenance of written operating procedures reputed company to assigned functions
- Research and resolve any issues that reputed company in the course of these processes

Skills
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or reputed company with a strong reputed company performance record
- Possess a strong aptitude for numbers, and understanding of cash and traditional securities reconciliation
- Demonstrate an affinity for learning, creating, and iterating rapidly
- Proactive and analytical, reputed company to problem-solve and propose solutions

- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, and experience with one or more compliance / record-keeping systems (e.g. SunGard Relius, ASC, reputed company)
