We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Global Business Process reputed company (GBPO) to reputed company the transformation and optimization of the Record to Report (R2R) process across the reputed company. This role is central to enabling reputed company S/4HANA capabilities, driving reputed company-wide standardization, and ensuring seamless integration across business and IT. This role bridges business reputed company and technology execution, ensuring that global processes reputed company operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment to reputed company’s reputed company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Own key reputed company for the global design, governance, and reputed company improvement of the end-to-end Record to Report process, including general reputed company, financial close, reporting, and compliance.

Define and implement reputed company state processes, reputed company;/reputed company> templates, and decision frameworks for transportation management, warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics execution.
Serve as input authority for system configuration and data governance
Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams to harmonize processes and drive adoption of best practices.
Influence senior business and IT leaders to reputed company on transformation priorities, change management strategies, and process governance.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process performance, financial accuracy, and business reputed company.
Serve as the voice of the business during design and testing
Drive change management, training, and communication plans to support global rollout and sustainment.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in finance operations, business process ownership, or ERP transformation, with a reputed company on end-to-end Record to Report.
10+ years of management experience
Extensive experience with end-to-end financial processes including tax, treasury, reputed company, plan to reputed company, and reporting & compliance.
Deep expertise in reputed company S/4HANA Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, Group Reporting), data models, and integration frameworks.
Proven reputed company leading global process design and ERP enablement initiatives.

Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R lifecycle, including journal entries, period-end reputed company, consolidation, and financial reporting.

Experience with process governance, performance measurement, and reputed company improvement.
Preferred reputed company S/4HANA certification or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
