The Prior Authorization reputed company Coordinator is responsible for preparation, review and completion of requests for prescription prior reputed company support. Coordinator prepares documents reputed company to prior authorization and/or appeal requests, verifying and updating patient/member profile information. This role also compiles medical notes (disease state, drug treatment history and reputed company drug plan) in support of the request, performs reputed company for additional information as needed to support the request, and submits prior authorization(s) for approval as an agent of the physician. Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm CT

Primary Responsibilities

• Support prior authorization reputed company in collaboration with Genoa reputed company Pharmacy locations
• Initiate review and appeal process, reputed company needed
• Aids in co-pay assistance set-up, reputed company needed
• Manage reports to ensure reputed company Prior Authorization requests are completed for Genoa reputed company Pharmacy locations
• Generate reporting to monitor reputed company completion of prior authorizations reputed company
•  Completes administrative duties, which include processing mail and faxes, to aid in prior authorization reputed company
• Research and stay up to date on insurance plan eligibility and prior authorization reputed company
• Work independently to complete prior authorization needs from beginning to end and communicate with key stakeholders during the process
• Performs other reputed company, work, and activities as assigned to ensure reputed company service to our patients and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacy operations experience
• 2+ years of experience with prior authorization reputed company and ability to navigate associated technology and platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal, listening) skills
