What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating reputed company and building rapport with the customer
• Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-reputed company/reputed company and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
• Resolving overdue bills, collecting payments from the party responsible for the debt, and addressing reputed company queries regarding delinquent accounts and helping to reputed company repayment plans

• Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Being tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
• The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
• Live reputed company 25 to 30 mile radius of our Arnold, MO site
