As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in transforming and innovating our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients reputed company year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the VOC technique, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the new VOC technique reputed company from reputed company and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by reputed company, our survey vendor.
• Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
