As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
