Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Placing outbound calls to potential customers looking to refinance their auto loans
- Educating customers about our products and services, using a conversation-based approach to uncover their needs
- Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that's always evolving
- Guiding customers through the online enrollment process
- Assisting customers with account questions in an energetic and spirited manner
- Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer's application or troubleshoot their questions and issues

Essential Qualifications
