Key Responsibilities

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

• Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with the patient and Specialty reputed company Team
• Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information
