As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accuracy and completion reputed company timed deadlines
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams
- Escalating serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including reputed company and First Aid) & ISO standards, as reputed company as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing reputed company information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verifying customer records using the system
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
