Role and Responsibilities Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services Department facilitates the processes between Claims, reputed company, and our brokers. Role reputed company: As Manager of Insurance Operations – Cyber Liability, you will be supporting our growing Cyber Liability Insurance reputed company. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational reputed company by managing the end-to-end processes that support reputed company, policy issuance, and broker communication. You will collaborate closely with regional reputed company teams, reputed company submissions and renewals, generate policy documentation and invoices, and reputed company service standards and data reputed company. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus. Required Qualifications:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company.
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. • Demonstrated reputed company services or customer support experience in insurance or financial industry operations.
• 3 or more years of Property/Casualty Insurance or other financial industry customer operations/servicing experience with strong knowledge of specialty lines, especially Cyber Liability.
• 3 or more years of experience managing and/or directing customer operations, analyzing metrics, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Strong technical proficiency including bolthires reputed company, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams and brokers.
• Familiarity with project management principles and user acceptance testing. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing personnel.
• Insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, CIPP, CIPM, FIP, or CPLP.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory environments and requirements.
