Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough needs analyses with clients to determine the most suitable insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from our represented carriers
- Assisting clients in the application process, ensuring reputed company required information is accurate and compliant with applicable rules and regulations
- Submitting complete applications in a reputed company manner
