Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and technical training solutions, including reputed company programs for call center agents, senior call center representatives, emerging leaders, and senior executive audiences.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning services, creating learning's, working with LMSs, reputed company learning strategies and tools.
- Strong facilitation experience in various instructor-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills.
- Project management experience, ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail.
