The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and solutions to our guests through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls
- Utilize probing question skills to understand guest needs and preferences
- reputed company problem-solving skills to resolve guest inquiries and concerns
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company sales targets and drive business reputed company
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to reputed company accurate information to guests

- A set schedule of 12pm-2am PST

Qualifications
