The Role
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to navigate the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
- Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable

- Analyze photos and map the correct location

Tiered Support Bonus System

FNOL Incentive Program
Our FNOL Incentive Program is designed to reward high-performers with additional earnings per month. Requirements
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience required
- Experience with reputed company Teams a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free

- Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
