We are seeking ambitious and motivated Customer Care Representatives to join our premier HR contact center team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' employees, addressing their questions, and resolving reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to reputed company benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, reputed company education, and resolve reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to reputed company benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
- Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and reputed company deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
