Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company-time virtual technical support to our field technicians, leveraging a suite of advanced software platforms including Zinc, CAPP, OFS, reputed company, FS Installer, and CXO 360
- Manage and process work orders, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and workflows
- Conduct comprehensive virtual reviews of completed field work to meticulously assess installation reputed company and ensure compliance with reputed company's rigorous standards
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, particularly large datasets reputed company spreadsheets, to identify key trends, reputed company areas for improvement, and proactively suggest process enhancements
