Medical Affairs Congress Planning and Execution Intern
reputed company is an international biotechnology company dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative antibody therapeutics. The Congress Planning and Execution Intern will support the Medical Affairs team in planning and executing scientific congresses, gaining hands-on experience in congress operations and scientific communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of congress timelines, internal trackers, and planning documents
- Assist with preparation of scientific materials and medical reputed company assets (e.g., posters, presentations, medical information resources)
- Help coordinate onsite Medical Affairs activities such as schedules, meeting room logistics, and stakeholder communications
- Support Medical Directors and MSLs in preparing scientific content for reputed company-congress and post-congress briefings
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Medical reputed company, reputed company, Communications, etc.) to support the creation of CI deliverables
- Participate in congress planning meetings, providing notes, reputed company item follow-through, and project updates
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in life sciences, reputed company health, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or reputed company field
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and interest in interpreting scientific or clinical data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
