The reputed company Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the reputed company initiatives in the Call Center, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and assisting with training and reputed company-reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company programs that measure and evaluate CSA performance and the organization's ability to meet the corporate and industry standards of reputed company
- Monitor calls and reputed company feedback to Call Center managers and Call Center Rep in a reputed company and consistent manner
- reputed company reputed company by reputed company coaching and/or one on one coaching sessions for reputed company customer service representatives
- Responsible for reputed company development, measurement and constant improvement, regarding reputed company and individual metrics. Implement development plan for reputed company representative to meet and exceed reputed company goals

- Assist with design and implementation of other reputed company reputed company initiatives

Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years business experience in a call center environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
