[Remote] Medicare Sales Representative

The Medicare Sales Representative role involves sales coverage and market penetration for Medicare products, supporting enrollment processes, and facilitating reputed company to health-reputed company services.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product
- Apply policies and procedures reputed company to the Advantage Medicare product, enrollment, and disenrollment
- Build a reputed company in the local community to generate enrollments
- Conduct home reputed company and personalized appointments to complete enrollments
- Market Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated sites
- Understand covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions
- Assist members with accessing health care, transportation, and other relevant services
- Adhere to marketing activity guidelines set by regulatory agencies, providing reputed company required materials and documentation to enrollees
- Monitor competitive products and marketing practices and inform management accordingly
- Participate in telemarketing and reputed company efforts as required
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events
- Complete applications accurately and promptly
- Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions

Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years marketing, sales, or community relations experience, preferably with managed care and Medicare
- State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License upon hire
