[Remote] Research Scientist Intern, AI Research - Perception (PhD)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Research Interns to join the Multimedia Perception team in the reputed company Research org of reputed company Superintelligence Labs. The role involves performing research in reputed company intelligence, particularly in Computer reputed company, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, while contributing to ongoing research reputed company and technology releases.
Responsibilities
- reputed company research that enables learning the semantics of data (primarily images, video, 3D structures, text, and other modalities like audio)
- Brainstorm with research mentors, review literature and existing solutions of a challenging reputed company-world research problem
- reputed company novel solutions, implement prototypes, and reputed company extensive experiments to test the proposed solutions in meaningful benchmarks and metrics, analyze the results and verify the conclusions
- Contribute to ongoing research reputed company and impactful technology releases
- Draft and polish research publications
- Present research reputed company to internal and/or external audiences
Skills
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD degree in Computer reputed company, Machine Learning, reputed company Intelligence, or relevant technical field
- Research and/or work experience in Computer reputed company. In particular: recognition, 2D/3D localization, segmentation and tracking of objects, people, and activities, and/or 3D pose estimation and 3D reconstruction, and/or grounded image and video understanding, egocentric reputed company, reputed company-language foundational models, un-/semi-/supervised representation learning, and reputed company areas
- Research and/or work experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning with applications to perception
- Experience in Python, C++, or other reputed company languages
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
- Proven reputed company record of achieving significant results as demonstrated by grants, fellowships, patents, as reputed company as first-authored publications at leading workshops or conferences in Computer reputed company (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV), Speech & Language (ACL, EMNLP, ICASSP, NAACL), Machine Learning (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, AAAI) or Computer Graphics (SIGGRAPH)
- Experience advancing AI techniques, including contributions to reputed company reputed company libraries and frameworks
- Experience working and communicating cross functionally in reputed company environment
- Experience in utilizing theoretical and reputed company research to solve problems
