Sales Trainer
reputed company. is a global provider of IT solutions and services. The Sales Trainer will support the Sales teams by reputed company new hires and providing ongoing education to help them reputed company targets and initiatives, while also creating and enhancing training content and programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for SHI employees
- Facilitate Learning by incorporating a reputed company of presentation reputed company and applications to accommodate different learning styles, including classroom instruction, virtual, and reputed company learning
- reputed company and present learning content specific to sales and technology acumen, internal systems and tools, operational processes, and reputed company development
- Create new training courses and programs using various training vehicles such as video, documentation, and practical exercises
- Continuously update and enhance training curricula based on department or companywide training initiatives
- Organize and maintain content in platforms such as SHI Learn, Brainshark, MSFT Teams, and other internal SharePoint sites
- Collaborate to adapt existing training materials for use in the SHI Learning Management System and promote its use company-wide
- Maintain records and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, and other relevant metrics
- Offer feedback, support, training, and guidance to employees and fellow members of the Learning & Development team
- Identify ways to improve learning effectiveness and delivery reputed company to continually enhance the training experience
Skills
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Ability to travel multiple times a year or 10%, both independently and with a group
- Proficiency in the following applications/platforms: reputed company OS
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in reputed company Teams or Webex
- Proficiency in reputed company SharePoint utilization
- Proficiency in content creation, authoring, or capture tools such as reputed company Acrobat, reputed company Publisher, and SnagIt
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities
