[Remote] Associate Hazard Communication Regulatory Specialist (REMOTE)

The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is an independent scientific organization dedicated to developing reputed company standards for medicines and health products. They are seeking an Associate Hazard Communication Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist in preparing Safety Data Sheets and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
Responsibilities
- [60 %] Under the supervision of senior staff, research toxicological, chemical, and physical properties of USP chemical products to determine acute and chronic reputed company health hazards, physical hazards relating to reputed company and accidental release, and hazards to the environment and create safety data sheets and labels
- [40 %] reputed company Handling Categories, potency evaluations, and any other requested safety information to USP staff and customers as required by law and as requested
Skills
- Bachelors degree in reputed company or sciences-reputed company discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to communicate in a fast-paced, time-sensitive team environment
- Ability to research, think critically, analyze conflicting data, and evaluate information sources
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and reputed company to work independently as reputed company as an effective team member
- Proficiency in computer applications (reputed company, reputed company) and database experience
- Knowledge of toxicology, industrial hygiene, hazard and risk communication, and chemical regulation
