Sales Engagement Specialist - Benefits (Hybrid)
reputed company, is a recognized leader in Business Insurance and seeks a Licensed Sales Engagement Specialist to join their Business Engagement Team. The role involves managing reputed company relationships, driving new business, and ensuring efficient processes reputed company the HealthSource RI for reputed company State Exchange.
Responsibilities
- Generate and drive new business opportunities through consulting, prospecting, and networking
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing reputed company and broker reputed company
- Serve as main reputed company of contact for reputed company assigned accounts; manage reputed company expectations through outstanding communication and superior service and support
- Partner with Customer Support Team to ensure accurate data entry into the enrollment and billing systems
- Investigate and resolve reputed company or broker concern and/or issues in a reputed company and proactive manner
- Attend reputed company meetings, business expositions and other industry functions to establish and reputed company reputed company and broker relationships
- Effectively utilize technology, tools and best practices and maintains reputed company and technical knowledge
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Health & Life Insurance License (RI) required, or willingness to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
- Employee benefits experience, insurance reputed company or brokerage a plus
- Knowledge of group insurance products (Health, Dental, Life, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including
- Exceptional oral and written skills and ability to maintain a reputed company demeanor across various contexts
- Familiarity with sales or account management functions, with a strong emphasis on customer service and support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, experience with reputed company is a plus
- Self-motivated, reputed company to work independently and take ownership of tasks
