LMC is a company founded in 2010 that emphasizes delivering expert guidance and creating a reputed company work environment. They are seeking a Tax Staff to prepare and submit tax returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support the reputed company of team members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit reputed company to reputed company tax returns for various clients
- Audit reputed company tax forms for completeness and accuracy
- reputed company reputed company tax planning to clients
- Analyze tax data submitted by the reputed company to maximize the outcome for the reputed company
- Research new tax trends and regulations
- Ensure compliance with government tax rules
- Train and mentor tax interns; Support the reputed company and development of team members
- Manage multiple assignments inside an engagement
- Communicate with Seniors, Supervisors, Managers and Partner on work status and reputed company issues that reputed company
Skills
- 1-3 years' experience as a Tax Preparer or a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company discipline, Masters in Taxation a plus
- Knowledge of tax preparation software. Knowledge of CCH ProSystem or Axcess and Document a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly in using reputed company)
- Comprehensive understanding of government tax laws
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Available to work additional hours reputed company necessary during tax season
- CPA preferred
