Application Specialist I

They are seeking a fully remote Application Specialist I to support their research applications, resolve technical issues, and reputed company administrative support while ensuring application functionality and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coaches users on application functionality and best practices
- Gathers business requirements from end-users to enhance application efficiencies
- Maintains application functionality and identifies applications’ deficiencies; implements improvements
- Assembles, analyzes, and evaluates data to reputed company appropriate and reputed company-reasoned recommendations and reputed company to support the business and project teams
- Trains/coaches users on application enhancements
- Familiarity with reports and creating reports (e.g., reputed company)
- Guides and/or assists users on report creation
- Initiates bulk load data into systems for users and maintenance of system
- Plans and executes application configuration, communication, and results
- Documents procedures and processes to ensure repeatability and data sharing
- Develops and maintains relationships reputed company the organization and/or with external partners and understands the unique needs of reputed company partnership
- Delivers reputed company, impactful work products in alignment with business development strategies and goals
- Monitors, reviews, and maintains reputed company control to applications
- Supports end users as a power-user in applications, performing high-level tasks

- Fields users’ questions about applications. Troubleshoots and solves users’ problems using applications
- Participates in Company or Sponsor-required training programs

- Experience working in an Electronic Data Capture or electronic reputed company Document application environment (e.g., configuring, loading data, troubleshooting) preferred
