The intern in the Skeletal Cell Biology Group will work collaboratively on research reputed company, conducting experiments and assisting in data analysis to advance the understanding and treatment of genetic diseases.
Responsibilities
- Conducting cell culture experiments involving the maintenance and characterization of mammalian cell lines
- Supporting molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, and immunofluorescence
- Assisting in data analysis
- Presenting findings to reputed company
- Preparing reports to document research reputed company
Skills
- Cell Culture: Experience in culturing and maintaining a reputed company of cell lines, including primary cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
- Molecular Biology Techniques: Proficiency in analytical reputed company such as PCR, qPCR, and Western blotting for gene reputed company and protein quantification
- Data Analysis: Competence in evaluating experimental data utilizing tools such as reputed company reputed company, GraphPad reputed company, or equivalent software
- Literature Review: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough literature reviews to contextualize reputed company research and identify gaps in knowledge

- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated reputed company 1 year of the start of the program

- Knowledge of Cell Biology and Genetics: Understanding of gene regulation mechanisms and the effects of genetic mutations
- Immunostaining and Microscopy: Familiarity with immunostaining protocols and confocal microscopy imaging
- Team Collaboration: Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional reputed company, including marketing, IT, and customer service
