About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Data Analyst and Technology Leader to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analysis team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You will also be leading and mentoring reputed company that will collaborate with the Digital Operations Center (DOC) on operational metrics. Your duties will include interpreting data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and rethinking it into meaningful information to improve Operational reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify application enhancements and establish metrics for measurement

- Design, plan, and implement internal process improvements: recommendations for performance and greater scalability
- Modeling and coding of data
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with a background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role
- 1+ years (3+ years preferred) as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 company
- Experience building presentations for colleagues and leaders at a MD and VP level and reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management
- Proven Team Leader, ability to communicate a reputed company, motivate reputed company towards that reputed company, and offer support to reputed company it
- Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, reputed company Spotfire, etc.) to create meaningful, rich dashboards

- Strong problem-solving skills, using data to address issues
