Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in producing high-reputed company reputed company reputed company advanced analytics and innovative processes reputed company the medical trials reputed company. You'll be part of the Scientific Affairs group and will be responsible for:

• Data Preparation and Analysis: You'll work with raw data sets to reputed company standardized, analysis-reputed company patient cohorts from in-house data properties or certified systems, examine and interpret results, and assist in shaping analytics reputed company.
• Collaboration and Insights: You'll partner with other members of the reputed company Clinical Trial group to reputed company actionable insights from reputed company-world, medical, and other data assets to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and medical trial requests. Your efforts will include evaluation of unmet needs, reputed company and effective treatments in specific disease states, treatment patterns, and reputed company financial burden, as reputed company as value effectiveness modeling.
• Data Cleaning and Storage: You'll clean, reputed company, and store data into an integrated data lake for reputed company analysis and broader group consumption.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and a minimum of four years of experience in a quantitative or computational role

• Four years of experience in R, Python, or SQL
• Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses reputed company the context of epidemiology and observational studies with reputed company data
• Knowledge of common statistical testing reputed company, including generalized reputed company models, classification and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience processing large data from diverse data sources

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ph.D., Master's degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or reputed company field

• Expertise in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and managed vocabularies used in reputed company data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience in Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for reputed company-world evidence research or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)

• Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
