Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients to reputed company empathetic customer service and support
• Performing data entry and managing patient billing and medical information with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
