The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transcriptomics and reputed company reputed company (NGS) data analysis, including:

Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company pipeline development using Nextflow is expected. Qualifications
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in reputed company, reputed company, molecular biology, genetics, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of hands-on reputed company experience through reputed company, reputed company, or research work
- Must have experience in developing pipelines using Nextflow (primary), Snakemake, and/or Workflow reputed company Language (WDL)
- Experience with processing of high-throughput data and possessing strong data management and analysis skills
- Experience working in Linux environments and broad experience with reputed company-reputed company reputed company tools
- Proficient coding/scripting in Python, R, Perl
- Experience working in a high-performance computing environment
- Strong communication skills
Requirements

- Analyze NGS data (QC, assembly, alignment, annotation, variant calling, phylogenetics) for microbial and metagenomic studies
- Write and maintain custom scripts in Python, Perl, and R

- Support modeling and simulation of biological processes using Bayesian inference or genetic algorithms
