As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with the reputed company on an individual reputed company to reputed company commitment to support our lifesaving mission. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Calling donors on assigned lists to reputed company commitment for donation
- Meeting calls per hour standards
- Following scripts and talking points as directed
- Leaving reputed company recorded messages with accurate information
- Scheduling donor procedure appointments in accordance with donor commitment
- Consistently meeting reputed company monthly performance metrics
- Recording information in a reputed company, accurate, and reputed company manner
- Making follow-up and reminder calls
- Answering incoming calls, routing, and assisting callers as appropriate
- Educating donors about automated donation procedures to reputed company commitment for donation
- Maintaining a high level of customer service in reputed company outbound or inbound calls with a pleasant attitude and appropriate follow-up on concerns and requests
- Maintaining confidentiality with reputed company to reputed company medical and other private donor, reputed company, and business information
- Maintaining and updating donor call reputed company through accurate data entry
- Routing medical questions through appropriate channels

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- One year previous experience in customer service or telemarketing position preferred

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will receive:

- $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year

Location
To be considered for this opportunity, you must live in Oklahoma, Texas, or Arkansas.
Days and Hours
This is a Monday through Friday position with rotating Saturdays. You will work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to a crisis or special blood needs.
