As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers at our retail locations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that our customers have a reputed company experience with our brand. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and reputed company workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues

Requirements
