We're seeking an reputed company Sales Chat Agent to join reputed company in Kansas reputed company, MO. As a Sales Chat Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat or email, selling the value of our clients' products and services, and providing recommendations through needs-based selling. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, educating customers on the value, features, and benefits of our services, and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers who are reputed company and lodge inquiries online reputed company our reputed company's website
• Handling incoming queries from customers who are interested in learning more about our clients' products and services
• Closing new phone/line subscriptions, adding accessories to go with the phone, offering tablets and the latest phones
• Responding promptly to customer concerns, recording and documenting reputed company transaction in reputed company forms of communication

• Maintaining regular attendance as required by your position

Qualifications

• General understanding and experience with call centers/customer service, or sales

• Previous work experience in a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willing to work onsite
