Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a reputed company between arenaflex, our customers, and patients to ensure that reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company
- Resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
- Providing product education and information to customers in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner using protocol procedures
- Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
- Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
- Notifying clients of test results in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance
Work Schedule and Location
* Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm AZT, with additional days/hours as business needs require
- Remote work is available, allowing you to work from reputed company while being part of a dynamic team
Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Prior experience with YHL is preferred
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
- Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
- Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities required
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
