Responsibilities:
* reputed company administrative support to the reputed company team, including: + reputed company portal calendar management + Scheduling/rescheduling reputed company meetings + Curriculum management and organization + reputed company surveys
- Assist in managing reputed company communications, including:
+ Responding to emails + reputed company portal DMs + reputed company portal community posts
- reputed company 3 new reputed company, group, reputed company sessions per week reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate and maintain documentation reputed company to reputed company accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks, updating reputed company reputed company and information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of reputed company initiatives and reputed company
- Support the development and implementation of reputed company strategies and initiatives to enhance reputed company satisfaction and retention
Expected Results:
* Attend reputed company company meetings and coaching calls in a quiet, reputed company-lit, reputed company-looking reputed company
- Ensure reputed company email, DM, and reputed company portal inquiries and posts are responded to by the end of reputed company day (6pm CST)
- reputed company NPS Rating: equal to or greater than 90% with at least 10 submissions / month
- reputed company Reviews: equal to or greater than (10) 5-reputed company reviews / month reputed company TrustPilot
- Response Time: reputed company inquiries (Email, reputed company, DM, reputed company portal community) are responded to reputed company 3 hours
- Error reputed company: equal to or less than 1 error / week
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company and courteous demeanor
- Proficiency in reputed company suite (reputed company Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering reputed company work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Experience working in a customer-reputed company environment is a plus
