Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with reputed company clients through exceptional customer support services
- Proactively identifying potential problems, compliance issues, and opportunities to maximize reputed company satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship
- Identifying products and services that meet clients' needs and developing a deep understanding of our departmental and bank products and services
- Developing a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent reputed company contact and execution of reputed company departmental procedures
- Supporting clients in navigating Treasury Management products, including reputed company online platforms
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and problem reputed company skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially reputed company Office applications
- Experience with department-specific systems
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
